Production Engineer

Dear Candidates,

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to manage and coordinate production activities, including raw material planning, manpower handling, and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production flow, timely material availability, and efficient utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee daily production activities and workflows
• Prepare and submit material requisitions based on production requirements
• Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely availability of raw materials
• Manage and allocate manpower effectively on the shop floor
• Supervise and monitor fabrication activities to ensure quality and efficiency
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Chemical Engineering
• 5 -6 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of material requisition, inventory control, and fabrication processes
• Ability to handle manpower and shop-floor operations
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
