Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to manage and oversee factory production operations related to aluminum systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and façade elements.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in aluminum fabrication, with a proven ability to ensure efficient production planning, maintain quality standards, and deliver projects on time within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities in the aluminum and façade factory
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to align production schedules with project timelines
• Ensure all products meet required quality standards and technical specifications
• Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to improve efficiency
• Monitor fabrication processes including cutting, CNC operations, assembly, and glazing
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality control procedures
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports and progress updates
• Ensure timely completion of production targets in line with project requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 3–7 years of experience in aluminum or façade manufacturing (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of aluminum profiles, curtain wall systems, windows/doors, and fabrication techniques
• Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment within the construction/contracting industry
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation
• Lean Manufacturing and process improvement techniques
• Quality control systems and factory workflow management
• Knowledge of CNC programming or machinery operations is an added advantage
