Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee shift staff and ensure all plants operate according to SOPs and HSE standards.
2. Execute the daily production plan efficiently, adjusting priorities when necessary to maintain productivity, quality, and plant health, with valid justification.
3. Monitor plant health and product quality; log issues in ERP and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution with minimal downtime.
4. Ensure adherence to budgeted production and consumption targets while minimizing operational costs.
5. Train and develop shift staff to understand plant operations and align with company goals and policies
6. Implement and promote 5S & TPM practices to boost safety, efficiency, and OEE, including staff training.
