Production Engineer & Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Production Management & Supervision:

• Oversee daily production processes, machine operations, and workflow to ensure targets are met.
• Supervise and train machine operators, technicians, and shop floor staff for productivity improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational SOPs.

Process Optimization & Quality Control:

• Monitor production lines, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Work closely with the Quality Enhancement (QE) team to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and process issues on production equipment.

Machine & Equipment Maintenance:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and machine calibration to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve breakdowns and optimize machine efficiency.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

Raw Material & Inventory Management:

• Ensure availability of raw materials, tools, and consumables for uninterrupted production.
• Monitor waste reduction and cost-saving initiatives in production.

Team Coordination & Reporting:

• Work closely with Plant Managers, QC teams, and Supply Chain departments for smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily production reports, KPIs, and efficiency analysis for management review.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ 3-6 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial engineering (preferably in metal packaging, FMCG, or industrial products).
✔ Hands-on experience with CNC machines, hydraulic presses, stamping, or coating lines.
✔ Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process automation.
✔ Ability to lead and supervise a team on the shop floor.
✔ Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Excel, and production planning tools.
✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
