The Role
Position Title: Production In-Charge Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings. Job Description: • Manage overall production operations, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvement to meet targets and maintain profitability. • Oversee product quality and documentation, ensuring accurate records, quality checks, and resolution of production or field concerns. • Lead and develop the production team through supervision, training, and performance feedback to improve productivity. • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with strong technical skills in process and system implementation. • Proficient in demand planning and forecasting, with strong communication and coordination abilities. • Proven leadership and people-development skills, capable of guiding and managing teams effectively. • 5–6 years of experience as Production In-Charge in paint manufacturing or a similar high-volume production environment
