Production In charge- Printing and Packaging

Job Description

Envex Tech Solutions is seeking a Production Incharge with strong expertise in offset printing and packaging production. This is a field + office-based role where you will take full ownership of production, monitor ongoing jobs with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all ongoing printing and packaging jobs with vendors in the market.
• Visit vendor facilities daily to check progress and quality of production.
• Negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers while ensuring quality.
• Oversee sourcing of raw materials, paper/board stock, and print finishes.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Report order status, issues, and quality checks to management.
• Conduct final QC before dispatch to clients.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in offset printing and packaging production.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, paper/board types, lamination, coatings, and finishing techniques.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, negotiate prices, and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel daily to vendors/markets (this is not a desk-only job).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Printing, Packaging, or related field preferred.

• Location: Johar Town, Lahore (office + market visits required)
• Timings: Monday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
