Job Description:
Voe CNC is seeking a skilled and results-driven Production Lead to oversee manufacturing operations at our Industrial Area facility in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, supervising staff, and ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily production operations
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely output
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the production process
• Optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams
• Train and guide production staff to enhance performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Proven experience in production or manufacturing supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of CNC machinery and production processes
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
