Production Lead (pharma)

HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is currently looking for a competent Production Lead having exposure managing production volume efficiently & meeting the targets ensuring quality and safety regulatory compliance.

Position: Production Lead

Location: Karachi-Sindh

Job type: Regular (HRSG annual renewable contract)

Description:

- To assure the products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality.

- Focus on growing business and revenue by implementing necessary changes to product/production line to enter new markets or grow existing territories.

- collaborate with cross functional team QC/QA, warehouse, engineering, regulatory, etc. in competing production activities.

- ensure effective and optimal shift operations to meet business requirements.

- Initiate & monitor development & implementation of plant improvement projects and efficiency exercises.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field with at least 3 years of proven relevant working experience on the same role with any reputable pharmaceutical company.

- Proficiency in using MS Office word, excel or power point.

- Strong ability to lead, communicate and motivate in a positive manner.

- Good Technical knowledge of process, packaging, plant & equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 15 months

Pay: Rs145,000.00 per month
