Production Line Manager (Kitchen & Gas Appliances)

We are seeking a skilled Production Line Manager to oversee the manufacturing of our kitchen and gas appliances. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day production activities, ensure high-quality standards, and lead the workforce to achieve efficiency and output goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations for kitchen and gas appliances
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery deadlines
• Maintain strict quality control throughout the production process
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of machinery
• Monitor workplace safety and compliance with company standards
• Prepare regular performance and production reports for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in production management (preferably appliances or manufacturing)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
