Production Manager

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of PCB assembly, SMT and THT processes and ensuring the production of high-quality products and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

The position is located in Antalya/Turkey.

How does the Production Manager role of look like?

• Manage to the PCB assembly including Box build (final) assembly, testing and packaging operations, and optimizing production operations,
• Oversee SMT and THT processes, including component placement, soldering, inspection, and testing,
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet targets and customer requirements,
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IPC standards throughout the assembly process,
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean manufacturing principles and reducing waste,
• Mentor and lead a Production Team by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback,
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports on production performance.

We are seeking a Production Manager who is/has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field,
• Proven experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry,
• Strong experience with cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills,
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,
• In-depth knowledge of production management principles, quality control, and safety regulations,
• Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Commitment to continuous improvement and environmental sustainability,
• English level B2 or higher preferably.
