Production Manager

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Production Manager” located in Antalya for our business partner in airport food services industry.

The person in this role will manage the daily production of 70 different food items, serving a total of 10,000 portions per day, ensuring that all production processes run efficiently, hygienically, and in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementing, and continuously improving production processes and workforce organization,
• Ensuring full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards,
• Monitoring cost control and procurement processes within production,
• Building, training, and supervising teams that manage kitchen operations,
• Coordinating with various restaurants to meet their specific production needs,
• Collaborating with relevant departments to optimize stock management and logistics processes,
• Following food technology trends and improving production methods accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Food Engineering, Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields,
• Minimum 8–10 years of managerial experience in large-scale industrial kitchens or central production facilities,
• Fluent in English,
• Experienced in managing production processes in airline catering services, hotel chains, or large restaurant groups, leading large-scale kitchen operations and semi-finished product production,
• Experience in production management within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector,
• Proven leadership in team management and performance enhancement processes.
• Strong team management and leadership skills,
• Result-oriented with the ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment,
• Advanced communication and problem-solving skills,
• Innovative, process improvement-focused, with strong analytical thinking abilities,
• Experience with HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety management systems.
