Overview:
We are looking for a skilled
Production Manager
with experience in sauce manufacturing (mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise) to lead and optimize operations at our sauce factory. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, adherence to quality and food safety standards, and continuous improvement in productivity and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily production of sauces, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality standards.

Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.

Monitor and optimize production processes to reduce waste, improve yield, and increase productivity.

Supervise and train production staff, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards.

Collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations and product consistency.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, Kaizen, etc.) in the production area.

Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other relevant food safety regulations.

Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.

Prepare production reports and present performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sauce production or liquid food processing.

Strong technical knowledge of mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise production processes.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, IFS, BRC).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Good command of English (spoken and written).
