Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Automotive Production and Quality Engineer to lead the definition, optimization, and scaling of our manufacturing processes. This role is critical in ensuring our vehicle production is efficient, cost-effective, and meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and Optimize Production Processes:
• Develop detailed production workflows and process documentation; analyze and optimize production times and bottlenecks to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Quality Standards Implementation:
• Define clear quality criteria for all stages of production and integrate them into processes through control plans, checklists, and inspection points.
• Partner Identification and Scale Production:
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard external manufacturing and assembly partners; lead industrial ramp-up efforts with selected partners to ensure capability and quality readiness.
• Cost, Time, and Quality Optimization:
• Continuously monitor and improve the balance between cost-efficiency, production speed, and product quality through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering (or related field).
• 8+ years of experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of production planning, process design, and industrial quality systems.
• Experience in working with external suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Proficiency in tools such as CAD, ERP/MRP systems, and quality management software.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a strong plus.
