Production Manager

Timber House is seeking a qualified Production Manager to lead its manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure product quality, and drive efficiency in our furniture production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily production operations
• Lead and supervise production teams
• Coordinate with technical office, procurement, and warehouse departments
• Maintain high product quality and meet delivery deadlines
• Improve operational workflows and reduce material waste
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards on the factory floor

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production management (preferably in the furniture or wood industry)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of production planning and quality control
• Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems effectively
• Familiarity with production systems and reporting tools

المتطلبات:

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الإنتاج (ويفضل في مجال الأثاث أو صناعة الأخشاب).
• مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة فرق العمل.
• معرفة جيدة بتخطيط الإنتاج وضبط الجودة.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وحل المشكلات بفعالية.
• الإلمام بأنظمة الإنتاج وأدوات التقارير.
