Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee and manage our manufacturing operations for paper bags, labels, and thermal paper products.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
• Manage production processes related to flexographic printing, slitting, rewinding, and paper bag manufacturing
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor machine performance, productivity, and material utilization.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality control departments.
• Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and wastage.
• Supervise production staff and maintain efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare production reports and handle production troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Printing Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Experience in paper bag, label printing, packaging, or thermal paper manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production planning and quality control processes.
