Döhler Turkey is looking for a “Production Manager" to be located in our Marmara Plant, Balıkesir.

Your Role

• Ensuring production starts and finishes on time,

• Managing and monitoring the workflow process in the production department according to the conditions,

• Ensuring the accurate and timely execution of the production plan determined by the planning department,

• Managing processes that will improve production quality according to quality plans,

• Efficiently managing the company's operational resources to provide the products and services the company needs in terms of quality, cost, and service awareness,

• Collaborating with other departments on projects related to productivity and quality in production, workflow, new investments, processing techniques, and similar topics,

• Conducting necessary technical research, examinations, and calculations related to their responsibilities and reporting to the respective manager,

• Supervising the working environment, checking practices related to food safety and occupational safety, and ensuring necessary measures are taken,

• Working in accordance with environmental regulations, occupational health, and safety rules, and following given instructions.

Your Profile

• Graduated from Food Engineering departments of universities,

• Min. 10 years of experience in production (food & beverage experience is preferred),

• Proficient in written and spoken English,

• Preferably experienced in SAP or any ERP program,

• Strong communication skills, team player,

• Possess coordination skills, strong in task follow-ups,

• Living or able to live in Balıkesir.
