Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Compensation: AED 2.500-3.500 per month (depending on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Production & Operations Coordinator to support daily manufacturing and logistics activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in coordinating workshop operations to ensure smooth communication between departments and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow between fabrication, welding, coating, and assembly teams.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing production tasks.
• Prepare job orders, delivery notes, and production documentation.
• Track project progress and report updates to management.
• Communicate with suppliers and logistics for material availability and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, job cards, and production status.
• Support safety and quality procedures within the workshop.
• Collaborate with admin and sales teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a similar coordination or workshop role (metal fabrication or construction preferred).
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email).
• Reliable, hands-on, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
