This position is responsible for production and related tasks for processing client orders as well as processing new product development. This position is also the point person between internal departments (of operations, design and client services) as well as point person for external vendors, closely monitoring production from PO (purchase order) placement to receipt in the warehouse to ensure product is ready by the designated date each month. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of the product, raw material and managing production workload.
Key Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)

Plan, schedule, and oversee the complete production process from order to final delivery

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and timelines

Ensure production is cost-effective while maintaining quality standards

Coordinate procurement of raw materials including fabric, embellishments, embroidery, and adda work

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials

Approve fabric submissions and raw materials in consultation with relevant department heads
-
Maintain costing accuracy and communicate any changes to planning teams and management

Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding new vendors and ongoing communication

Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as required to meet deadlines

Ensure all articles are produced on time and meet quality standards

Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the production cycle

Liaise with cross-functional teams including design, client advisory, embellishment, and stitching

Track production deliverables and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks

Confirm final costing and delivery timelines with relevant stakeholders

Prepare and maintain production and raw material reports

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines

Supervise and guide production teams where required

Maintain and update production recap charts

Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Fashion, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in apparel production, product development, or production planning

Strong knowledge of fabrics, embellishment materials, embroidery, and adda work

Experience working with order management or product development systems

Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address production challenges

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Ability to maintain structured documentation and production tracking systems
