Overview
Leading the innovations process for new launches and changes to current snacks portfolio. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth phase in phase outs with zero write-offs, making sure on market date is achieved.
Responsibilities

Leading end-to-end projects and cross-functional coordination for Snacks in Poland, Germany, export countries.

Manage full project lifecycle for product launches, transitions, and discontinuations across Supply Chain, NPD, Quality, and Commercial.

Oversee SKU phase-in/phase-out and optimization processes to mitigate write-off risks.

Lead FG/RM code activation and status in SAP and Blue Yonder, coordinating system setup, demand planning, and inventory alignment.

Facilitate project and operations meetings, providing updates, aligning stakeholders, and driving actions.

Monitoring production planning, inventory, and system updates, and resolve risks and delays.

Responsible for production plans creation Ensure delivery of an optimized cross-site manufacturing supply plan, that can be scheduled, to maintain the target stock holding of all SKU’s to deliver service to BU’s

Responsible to create constrained capacity production plans within the planning horizon

Responsible for the review of detailed line scheduling plans
Qualifications

University degree, engineering is preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or similar supply planning tasks.

Proficiency in product category planning.

Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.

Demonstrated problem-solving and analytic skills.

Good numeric abilities.

Experience in ERP (SAP) usage is nice to have.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook and Excel
