- 4+ years of experience working as a administrative assistant / production coordinator in the Construction/ Metal Fabrication Industry
- Advance Excel Skills
- Strong Administrative Skills
- Ability to Maintain Directories
- Proficient in filing and record keeping - Should be able to create and access work related documents
- Ability to draft and maintain minutes of meetings
- Fluent in English
- Ability to manage time and work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in MS projects
- Ability to plan work and create project schedules
- Bachelors degree
Job Description
- Maintain Job Orders and Job Files with all relevant job details duly signed and acknowledge in conjunction with supervisors.
- Ensure daily production requirements are planned and achieved to meet customer expectations.
- Creates production schedule and priorities job orders for production optimization in coordination with the department supervisors and production manager.
- Follow up as required with the purchasing department to expedite flow of material.
- Prepare daily transport plan and movement.
- Coordination with drivers to maintain a smooth flow of daily delivery schedule.
- Responsible for checking the condition of all company vehicles related to transport.
- Maintaining and updating daily / weekly / monthly reports and provide all information pertaining to daily job wise manpower cost.
- Sub-contractor works follow up.
- Housekeeping & safety measures
- Invoicing follow up.
- E-mail correspondence with clients.
- Job estimation on need basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
