Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Shift Manager located in Giza. The Production Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and safety, and meeting production targets. This role includes managing and supervising production staff, coordinating with other departments, implementing production plans, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and continuous improvement of processes.
