Production Supervisor

Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the production processes in the joint venture factory. This role ensures vehicle delivery quality, compliance with safety standards, and effective coordination with relevant departments to resolve production issues. The Production Supervisor also supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications

1. College diploma or above.

<br>2. Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations. <br>

3. Proficient in English; Chinese language skills preferred.

Work Experience:

3+ years’ experience in production management, preferably in automotive or vehicle manufacturing.

Certificates & Trainings: Safety and quality management certifications are advantageous.

Technical Skills

1. Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality standards.
2. Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions.
3. Knowledge of safety regulations and operational compliance.
4. Proficiency in ERP and production reporting tools.
