Bachelor or diploma Engineering (Production - mechanical )

Basic level of proficiency in the English language

Previous work experience in a production supervisor position in water Co. for at least 3 years.

Good experience in using different types of manufacturing machines and tools.

The ability to arrange, distribute tasks and organize time.

Proficiency in leadership skills and the ability to provide appropriate solutions to problems

Proficiency in motivation skills and creating a suitable work environment for employees.

The ability to communicate with different personalities.

Tasks Description:

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly targets for production and

communicate them to employees."

"Organizing workflow by defining responsibilities and preparing shift schedules."

Follow up and supervise staff training procedures.

"Ensure the safe use of equipment and coordinate with maintenance to schedule periodic maintenance."

"Ensuring that the conditions and specifications of the production process are met."
