Production Supervisor – Electrosurgical Products

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations for our electrosurgical products. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring production efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure manufacturing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve targets.
• Monitor production output, adjust schedules, and ensure timely order completion.
• Maintain and enforce quality control and workplace safety protocols.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage raw material inventory and coordinate procurement with relevant departments.
• Prepare and present production performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in production supervision, ideally in the electrosurgical or medical device sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in production management tools and Microsoft Office.
