Production Supervisor (KSA based position - Permenant)

Brief Overview:

The Production Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing daily production activities to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for supervising the production team, monitoring workflow, maintaining safety standards, and meeting production targets aligned with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in production processes, and the ability to coordinate between departments to optimize output.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the production area.
• Monitor production processes and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track production metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Manage resource allocation including labor, equipment, and materials to optimize production flow.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and escalate problems when necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping related to production activities.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives such as tracking and applying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) procedures.
• Ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all production stages.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles such as (5s,Kiazen,JIT)

Technical Skills:

• Excellent with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, etc..)
• Skills in Production Tracking Systems.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production equipment.

Personal Skills:

• Excellent Leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Analytical and problem-solving approach.
• Reliable and ethical in handling production-related tasks.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Finance or related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience preferably food industry.
• Proven track record in managing production teams and meeting targets.
• Experience in implementing safety and quality standards.
• Knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices is an advantage.
• Knowledge in various production lines especially meat production lines.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English & Arabic (written and verbal) – Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
