Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily operations in the Printing Division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial or industrial printing processes such as offset, digital, or flexographic printing, and be capable of ensuring high-quality output, meeting production deadlines, and managing shop floor teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily printing production activities
• Ensure production targets are met with high-quality standards
• Oversee printing processes including offset, digital, and flexographic printing
• Monitor machine performance, color accuracy, and print quality
• Manage and guide machine operators, technicians, and helpers
• Plan and schedule jobs based on production timelines and priorities
• Coordinate with prepress, design, and post-press teams
• Ensure proper use of ink, paper, plates, and other materials to minimize wastage
• Maintain accurate production reports and job records
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Troubleshoot printing defects and machine issues
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in printing production (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of printing techniques (offset, digital, flexo)
• Experience with printing machines (e.g., Heidelberg, Komori, HP Indigo, etc.)
• Good understanding of color management and print quality standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking tools
• Good communication skills (English required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in UAE / GCC printing industry
• Knowledge of packaging or label printing
• Understanding of ISO quality standards
• Lean manufacturing or process improvement experience
