Tempo Sports is one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality soccer balls, CrossFitness equipment, and boxing gear. We're seeking an experienced production supervisor to oversee our production operations.

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of production staff to ensure efficient and effective production operations. This role involves planning, organizing, and supervising production processes, as well as monitoring and controlling production costs, quality, and safety.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering quality products on time.

Responsibilities:

- Manage production planning, scheduling, and execution

- Ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with international standards

- Lead and train production staff to optimize efficiency and productivity

- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles

- Monitor and control production costs, waste reduction, and scrap management

- Collaborate with QA, R&D, and sales teams to ensure alignment

- Develop and implement process improvements and innovations

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry

- Proven track record of successfully managing production operations

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, and safety regulations

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks

- Bachelor's degree
