Production Supervisor/Quality Inspector

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor & Quality Inspector to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure that all products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production staff, maintaining workflow, and performing quality checks throughout the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities:Production Supervision:

• Supervise daily operations of the production floor to ensure timely output.
• Allocate tasks and manage manpower efficiently across shifts.
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce compliance with company policies.

Quality Inspection:

• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products for compliance with specifications.
• Maintain records of quality checks and prepare inspection reports.
• Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for quality improvements.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and equipment.

Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering/Engineering (or related field).
• Experience: 2–4 years in manufacturing/production supervision/Quality Inspector.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, Kaizen, or similar quality methodologies is an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use inspection instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.).
