About the Role:
As a Production Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of production systems and processes. You will play a key role in identifying and resolving issues, implementing solutions, and optimizing production workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to production teams to resolve issues related to production systems, equipment, and processes.

Monitor production systems and processes, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to address production-related issues and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations for process enhancements and optimization.

Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials to support production operations and ensure compliance with standards and protocols.

Participate in the testing and implementation of new production systems, software, and equipment, ensuring compatibility, functionality, and performance meet requirements.

Provide training and support to production staff on the use of production systems, tools, and technologies, promoting best practices and ensuring effective utilization.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in production support, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Adhere to all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure a safe and compliant working environment for production staff.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the overall objectives of the production support team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Proven experience in production support, technical support, or a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Experience with production systems, equipment, and processes, including manufacturing execution systems (MES) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, preferred.

Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in production support and operations.

Familiarity with software development methodologies, ITIL framework, and incident management processes is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to support production operations and meet business requirements.\
The pay rate for this position is $20.00/hr; however, base pay rate offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
