Are you passionate about optimizing manufacturing operations? In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of our production and materials planning. Core Responsibilities:

To assist in the coordination of the Production Planning, Shop Floor Planning, Materials Planning, and Import/Export business functions, the Efficiency Lead will:

  • Maintain and Implement Process Standardization and Regional /Global
  • Process Alignment:
  • Facilitate adherence to strategic practices for the team (Tactical
  • Implementation Plans, PULSE Activation plans, Daily Huddles, etc.)
  • Work with Regional (LOM Site & AMS SIP) teams to align
  • processes to guarantee error free and efficient execution of the supply and delivery plans.
  • Improve operational processes
  • Routinely collaborate with functional teams in area to increase value impact and reduce/eliminate waste in existing processes.
  • Lead projects and initiatives for process improvements within the functional area, coordinating with partners and driving process adherence and process organization for the teams.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by reducing duplication and improving consistency.
  • Support our commitment to sustainability, safety, and quality in all aspects of our operations.
  • Represent process expertise in all areas of the team (all parts of the Planning team). Stand as a reference point of process knowledge and expertise.
  • Support onboarding of new members and the development of existing members in ways of working and process education.

Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with CI team to champion progress within the team functions to maintain elevated levels of CI evaluation.
  • Work close with CI team to bring standard processes of CI to the team.
  • Develop periodic review of CI evaluation. Schedule and coordinate audits, and improvement plans.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all business functions.

Integrated Management System Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with ISM for the teams.
  • Coordinate documentation of all process and maintain ensure maintenance of documentation (ongoing) in the IMS system in support of ISO certification goals, including the LEGO Group IMS Handbook, Audit Site, CAPA Site, etc.
  • Ensure high quality and integrity of IMS standards and expectations for the functional area (Planning Teams).
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.

Play your part in our team succeeding

This position plays an instrumental role in the key planning process of the LVA

operation, namely Flow of Finished Goods, covering four key points:

  • Support CI implementations of tools and process related to planning of the US manufacturing sites.
  • Develop the process discipline and functional skills of the planning teams through strong process execution, daily.
  • Troubleshoot and solve process issues as they rise.
  • Deliver process solutions that improve the productivity and efficiency of the planning teams

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience Planning or Production Activity Control in a CPG production environment, including the flow of materials, inventory control, and constraint management
  • Experience in CI (Continuous Improvement), process management (IMS) tools, process documentation, and process design.
  • Competence in ISO certification standards
  • Experience in problem solving methodology.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP a plus).
  • CPIM Certification is a plus

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $90,810.00 - $136,216.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
