Product/Project Manager

Job Description:

Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and incorporating user feedback into product decisions.

• Requirements and Roadmapping: Gather, prioritize, and define product requirements and features.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to develop, launch, and sell the product.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from inception to release and ongoing optimization.

• Performance Monitoring: Track product performance, ensure it meets business goals, and make data-driven decisions for improvements.

Essential Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of the technical aspects of product development. (as power supply circuits, signal conditioning interfaces, and microcontroller programming (ESP32, STM32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, IoT integrations, etc.).

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term product strategies and a compelling product vision.

• Communication & Leadership: Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

• Data Analysis: Understand and interpret data to make informed decisions about product development and strategy.

• Market Research: Ability to understand market trends and customer needs.

• Problem-Solving: Identify and solve complex problems related to product development and market fit.

• Prioritization: Ability to prioritize features and tasks to maximize value.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
