Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Program Coordinator to oversee and organize the academic and operational elements of its programs. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day academic and operational activities of the program to ensure seamless functioning.
  • Assist in scheduling classes, exams, meetings, and university events to optimize resource availability.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and all necessary program documentation.
  • Serve as an effective liaison between faculty members, students, and the university administration to facilitate communication.
  • Support faculty by arranging classroom requirements, providing teaching materials, and managing communications.
  • Respond promptly to student queries and concerns, delivering timely and clear updates.
  • Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and progress updates to inform program management and stakeholders.
