Position Overview
The Program Coordinator, a key member of the Housing and Treatment team, supports the Housing and Treatment Director in developing and implementing the Restorative Partners DeVaul Ranch Participants Program tied to the Path Forward HAPP 5 grant. This position is responsible for coordinating all onsite programming with RP staff and volunteers, including scheduling and facilitating activities and services.
At the core of this role is building relationships of trust and consistency with residents, serving as a primary liaison for client engagement, and ensuring participants feel comfortable with Restorative Partners as the new onsite presence. The Program Coordinator models engagement, flexibility, accountability, and a strong sense of community while maintaining clear communication, empathy, and alignment with Restorative Partners’ mission and values.
