Program Coordinator I

The Division of Enrollment Management at Rutgers University–New Brunswick (EMNB) is comprised of eight student-facing and administrative units: Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, the Office of Financial Aid, the Office of the Registrar, and the One Stop Student Services Center, as well as business, information technology, and strategy and analytics administrative teams. The division employs over 100 full-time staff and an additional 200+ student employees to fulfill its mission. Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator I for Undergraduate Admissions – NB. This position reports to the Senior Admissions Officer for out-of-state Recruitment and Outreach and focuses on the recruitment of out-of-state students from Texas to the university. The incumbent in this role must reside in Texas and will serve as a regional representative for the university. The position will be for 10 months of the year and operate September 1 – June 30.
