Program Finance/Administrative Analyst

Join PEMCCO as a Program Finance/Administrative Analyst, where you’ll support program financial management and administrative coordination. In this role, you’ll track budgets, obligations, and performance data accurately, providing leadership with reliable insights and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Essential Functions

• Monitor labor burn rates, funding status, and expenditure trends.
• Prepare monthly financial summaries and variance reports.
• Assist with contract modifications and funding requests.
• Maintain cost documentation and invoice logs.
• Support audits and respond to data-call requests.
• Coordinate with PM and Contracts Manager on budget forecasts.
• Maintain task-order administrative files and correspondence.
• Track deliverable due dates and reporting compliance.

Competencies

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong understanding of federal funding and contract structures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Five (5)+ years of financial analysis experience on DoD programs.
• Active Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA Level I or DAWIA Business Level II.
