Role Overview

Program LEAD will be a main anchor in translating the school's vision into vibrant daily practice. As a leadership role, this individual will co-create and lead the school's curriculum design, teacher training, teacher recruitment, student admission, and outreach strategies. The role bridges academic excellence, academic integrity, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Design and Implementation

  • Prepare a transdisciplinary, value-integrated curriculum in collaboration with the Principal, teachers, and subject matter experts as relevant.
  • Ensuring alignment with NCF 2023 and best practices in child-centred methodologies.
  • Lead the development of student portfolios, learning modules, assessment rubrics.

2. Teacher Training and Development

  • Advise teachers in unit planning, real-world projects, and interdisciplinary integration.
  • Design and lead induction, ongoing workshops, and in-class coaching for teachers.
  • Facilitate professional learning communities (PLCs) focused on creative pedagogy, project-based learning, and emotional well-being.

3. Teacher Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Partner with the principal to identify, interview, and select teachers that align with the school's values and vision.
  • Create a mentoring and professional development pathway for each teacher in collaboration with the Principal.

4. Admissions and Student Selection

  • Guide parents through school orientation, philosophy communication, and shared expectations.

5. Outreach and Community Engagement

  • Work with CEO and Principal to organize awareness campaigns, webinars, parent orientation and visits, and community events.
  • Represent the school in educational forums, networks and alternative education circles to build attendance and credibility.
  • Curate digital and offline content to communicate updates to the school's unique vision and larger world.

6. Leadership and Strategic Cooperation

  • Build a culture of collaborative planning, reflective learning, and inner growth.
  • Participate and contribute to strategic reviews, policy design, and long-term planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
