Program Manager

Overview:

Location: Hybrid (Colorado or Minnesota – Onsite 3 days per week)

• Drive progress across a complex portfolio, ensuring both the big picture and details are aligned
• Identify delivery gaps, risks, and issues early and escalate effectively
• Push project momentum and ensure adherence to governance requirements
• Manage messaging across stakeholders and serve as the first point of escalation

• Ensure weekly status reports are crisp, leadership-ready, and consistent across projects
• Partner with PMs and Plan Leads to develop monthly Steering Committee materials
• Validate RAID logs, SharePoint organization, and SPM documentation
• Ensure alignment to enterprise governance across Architecture, Security, and ULC

• Oversee mid‑month and month‑end financial processes
• Validate accruals, forecasts, explanations, and year-end realism
• Guide PMs in updating business cases, ISD changes, and financial trackers

• Conduct weekly 1:1s with PMs to guide execution, quality, and performance
• Partner with Delivery Leads to manage resource planning
• Hold regular cross-functional meetings with GAR, Plan team POs, Solution Leads
• Lead monthly PM all‑hands and quarterly team meetings

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10+ years of project or program management experience (enterprise preferred)
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to governance excellence
• Experience managing project managers and large cross-functional initiatives

• Salesforce program experience
• PMP or Agile certification
• Experience in enterprise financial management or portfolio governance

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• PMP or Agile certifications welcomed but not required

• Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $140 000–$160 000 annually or $81–$91 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
