Job Title : Application Security Engineer

Experience Required - 6+ Years

Tech Program Manager Tech will be responsible for managing technology initiatives, projects within cost, time, and scope. The primary responsibilities will include - projects and tasks management, financial and resource management, stakeholder management, risk management and deliveries tracking. Creating Status Reports for Leadership reviews, Creating Dashboards for tracking the progress of the programs, process improvements, implementation of tracking tools like Jira, Confluence to get all information in one place for all the projects.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

2. 14 + years overall experience, leading and executing small to medium Projects/BAU enhancements

3. At least 8-10 years of Project/Program Management experience in I.T.

4. Strong communication, project delivery, financial and resource management skills.

5. Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to ProjectManager.com, JIRA, MS Project, MS Excel, etc.

6. Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.

7. Proven ability to successfully steer projects on both Waterfall and Agile methodology.

8. Proven ability to build relationship and collaborate with teams across organization.

9. Proven ability to lead/manage technology team members.

10. Expertise in conflict resolution.

11. Well versed in MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint to create macros and status reports for leadership reviews and tracking purpose.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Overall responsibility for managing technology deliverables, including scope, schedule, cost and quality.

2. Drives planning and delivery across technology functions

3. Monitors technology status reports: cost, scope, timelines, quality

4. Ensure priority of implementation within release schedules where applicable

5. Responsible for coordinating systems requirements and gathering and sign-off

6. Responsible to baseline technology project scope, cost and timeline.

7. Ensures PCRs are approved for any deviations.

8. Facilitate, track and communicate all program technology decisions.

9. Reports issues and risks, providing recommended resolutions to PM.

10. Facilitate decision meetings as appropriate and coordinate DAR documentation.

11. Manage tech nical resourcing and financials including cross commits working with SPOC ensuring process timeline are met.

Salary Range - $100000 to $125000
