Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of nonprofit programs and initiatives
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
• Monitor program performance and track KPIs and impact metrics
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and donors
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements
• Continuously improve program processes and outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Project Management, or related field
• 4–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or NGO operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with monitoring & evaluation (M&E) frameworks is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
