Program Manager - Operations and Technology

• Team Leadership:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in [industry]
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs
• Ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting
