Job Description:
1. Plan, manage, and oversee projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
2. Coordinate with stakeholders, including participants, trainers, and editors.
3. Develop and monitor project timelines.
4. Prepare reports for project updates.
5. Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and events.
6. Identify opportunities for project improvement and future initiatives.
Skills:
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
· Leadership and team coordination skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in project or program management.
· Previous experience with NGOs or media-related organizations is a plus.
