Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build programmatic proposals that leverage WPP Media Solutions' proprietary solutions (AI, Creative solutions, advanced measurement, etc.) to address client needs and objectives.
  • Cross-sell and upsell programmatic solutions to existing clients, expanding the scope of existing partnerships.
  • Discover and close additional revenue streams from new clients, actively prospecting and building relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Relationship Management:

  • Manage and sustain strong relationships with key agency partners, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic resource.
  • Manage and sustain relationships with regional vendors, ensuring access to the best-in-class technology and inventory.
  • Serve as the key point of contact (POC) between agency client teams and internal campaign management teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the campaign lifecycle.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Campaign Management, Analytics, Creative) to develop and execute effective programmatic strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and are optimized for performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and insights to clients and agency partners.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the programmatic advertising landscape.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the WPP Media Solutions leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Share best practices and insights with the broader team.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on platform enhancements and new features.
