Role Summary
Winnors is building an
AI accelerator focused on resource management
, using
live operating businesses (care services and transport)
as real-world pilot environments, with
go-to-market exclusively in the UK
. The
Programme Director
owns the
day-to-day execution
of the accelerator and platform, ensuring startup teams deliver
production-ready AI solutions
that integrate into our core platform (
ResourceOS
) and solve
real UK operational and compliance problems
. This role exists to
remove the founder from daily execution
while ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to UK market standards.
Core Objectives of the Role
-
Turn UK operational problems into deployed AI solutions
-
Run a disciplined, outcome-driven accelerator (not demo-driven)
-
Deliver UK-ready pilots with measurable ROI
-
Enable partner-led UK distribution (not direct sales)
-
Maintain platform coherence and integration discipline
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead and deliver UK-focused accelerator cohorts, owning timelines, milestones, and quality standards to ensure startups produce working, deployable AI solutions (not prototypes), while decisively managing under performance.
-
Select and manage startup teams through grant-based milestones, enforcing ResourceOS integration standards and ensuring solutions are reusable across multiple UK clients.
-
Govern ResourceOS delivery with the Technical Steward by enforcing API-first design, approving integrations and data flows, preventing fragmented builds, and ensuring compatibility with UK care and fleet software ecosystems.
-
Run and validate live UK pilots in care and transport environments, ensuring compliance readiness, auditability, measurable ROI, and safe deployments with human-in-the-loop controls.
-
Enable UK go-to-market (non-sales) by on boarding channel partners, preparing UK-ready case studies and pilot reports, and providing proof, documentation, and positioning so partners can sell confidently.
-
Act as the execution owner for Founder and Board: provide weekly delivery/risk/spend updates, maintain budget discipline, escalate only when needed, and fully shield the founder from day-to-day operations.
