Assistant to Director

Job Overview:
SALIDA is looking for a reliable and well-organized Assistant to Director to support senior management in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence professionally
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts
  • Maintain records, files, and confidential information
  • Assist with daily administrative and office tasks
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Preferred:

  • Experience in a similar role (Personal Assistant / Admin)
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
