Job Summary

Seeking a skilled R Programmer / Quantitative Analyst to support federal reporting initiatives. This role involves rewriting and validating statistical reporting processes using modern industry standards, developing robust statistical models in R, and documenting business rules and revisions. The position functions as an independent contributor within a structured reporting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and validate statistical reporting models in R

• Perform model development, back testing, deployment, and UAT

• Rewrite and standardize reporting code and documentation

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful implementation

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on R programming and statistical modeling experience

• Strong experience with SQL (development and query management)

• Experience with R Studio, model testing, and deployment

• Knowledge of UAT processes and documentation standards

• Exposure to ADABAS/Natural, Agile, and Power BI preferred

• Ability to work independently
