Programs Director

About the Role:
Calabasas Community Center for Social Development is seeking a highly experienced and mission-driven Programs Director to lead community development initiatives and social programs in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on overseeing program strategy, managing community projects, and ensuring sustainable social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of social development programs
• Strategy Development: Align programs with organizational mission and community needs
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with NGOs, government entities, and partners
• Impact Assessment: Monitor program outcomes and ensure effectiveness
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee funding allocation and operational efficiency
• Team Leadership: Manage program managers, field staff, and volunteers

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in program management, NGO operations, or social development
• Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management
• Education: Degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of community programs, NGOs, and social impact frameworks
• Leadership: Ability to manage multi-program portfolios and teams
