Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Analyst (Construction) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts within the construction sector. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, while utilizing advanced construction management software and tools.

Duties

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using Primavera P6 and other project scheduling tools.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with contracts, specifications, and timelines.
  • Perform construction estimating and budgeting tasks to support financial planning for projects.
  • Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D for effective project documentation and collaboration.
  • Conduct blueprint reading and schematic analysis to understand project requirements and constraints.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks or delays and proposing solutions to mitigate issues.
  • Collaborate with construction teams on-site to gather data, provide support, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience

  • Proven experience in construction management or project management roles is essential.
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability in project coordination with a focus on time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in reading blueprints, schematics, contracts, and other technical documents related to construction projects is required.
  • Previous experience on construction sites is beneficial for understanding practical challenges faced during project execution. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
