Project Architect

Job Title: Project Architect
Location: Dubai, UAE

Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and growing design consultancy based in Dubai, delivering high-quality design and project management services across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction documentation and execution
• Prepare, review, and coordinate drawings, specifications, and submissions
• Manage and oversee submissions to Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Building Code and local regulations
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Attend client meetings and provide design and technical solutions
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and quality standards are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the UAE
• Strong experience with Dubai Municipality submission processes
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai Building Code and local authority regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on large-scale or complex developments
• Familiarity with other UAE authority requirements (Trakhees, DDA, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
