Job Title: Project ArchitectJob Summary

The Project Architect is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. They ensure that designs meet client requirements, comply with regulations, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases (concept, design development, construction documentation, and site supervision).
  • Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and building codes.
  • Review and approve design changes and shop drawings.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and draftsmen.
  • Resolve design and construction issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in software such as:
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • SketchUp
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification or license (if applicable).
  • Experience with large-scale commercial or residential projects.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building standards.
