Job Title: Project Supervisor (Civil/Mechanical)

Location: Karachi Division

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Supervisor to oversee and manage project execution within the Multan Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Civil or Mechanical disciplines and hands-on experience supervising fabrication and finishing projects.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Civil or Mechanical with minimum 5 years of experience,

OR

BS Civil / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience

PEC License will be considered an added advantage

Preference will be given to candidates based in Karachi Division

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate projects related to:

MS Racks Fabrication & Repairing

Paint works

Vinyl pasting

Fiberglass-related products

Coordinate effectively with the Project Team, Clients, and Project Manager

Ensure proper time management and resource allocation

Monitor work progress to ensure completion within:

Approved Schedule

Allocated Budget

Defined Scope

Required Quality Standards

Maintain site discipline and safety compliance

Prepare progress reports and project updates

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Good understanding of fabrication and finishing works

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• PEC Licenses (Preferred)
